Online Pre-Discharge Bankruptcy Education Course

In order to take advantage of the Online Education course for pre-discharge bankruptcy through CCCS of Maryland and Delaware you must meet the following criteria:

• You must have filed for bankruptcy in one of the Judicial Districts in the states (Listed in the selection box below) in which CCCS of MD & DE, Inc is approved. Your bankruptcy case number will be required to enroll in this course.
  
• You must have already completed a pre-file Bankruptcy counseling session through an approved counseling agency and received a certificate. If you have not completed a pre-file Bankruptcy counseling session then you must first make an appointment and initiate Pre-File Bankruptcy counseling .
• You must be prepared to pay the one time fee of $50.00 (debit/credit card) for the course. If co-applicant certificate is needed, the co-applicant fee is $25.00. Co-applicant must enroll and complete the course separately.
• If you meet all of the above criteria you may wish to enroll in the pre-discharge bankruptcy education course "Live a Richer Life".
